Housing:
On Campus
Residential colleges on campus are independant of the University. They set their own fees, manage their own budgets and are responcible for all aspects of the running of their own instituitions. Off Campus
The University has over fifty properties ranging from large homes to smaller-style apartments, all of which are located within walking distance of the University and the beach.

Special Notes:The University is a modern, urban campus with extensive sporting and recreational activities to complement its essential quality: its reputation for research and scholarship. The University campus is 20 walking minutes from the city center and within walking distance to Coogee Beach.
