Financial Aid and Scholarships

All financial aid is applicable to Study Abroad (loans, grants, scholarships, etc.). Both direct costs (tuition, room and board) and indirect costs (books, fees, airfare, transportation and personal spending) are used to calculate a financial aid package. Once the amount of need and your own contribution are determined, you may receive federal grants or loans equal to and even greater than what you receive while studying at your home institution. Once your aid package is awarded, you are responsible for making certain that all funds are forwarded to NJSCIS. Financial aid can also be used for summer study. You can find useful information and resources available for financial aid here: http://www.finaid.org
